The Persimmon Studios...a home away from home!

It was two years ago when we ventured into something new. Perhaps new ideas, new investment, new task to do in the future. The idea of going into real estate was rather odd for me, but the idea of leaving a legacy for my children gave me the will power to pursue it.

It all started by a sweet hi and hello to my old colleague who I met at the mall one day. Roda used to work as a secretary in the Safety Engineers office while I was with the Quality Control office.  She changed job after the company declared bankruptcy and ended up in the real estate business. She never went back to secretarial job but pursue into joining the sales group instead.

She started  talking and the rest is history.

The Persimmon Studios today

  Persimmon Studios is a mid- rise condominium located in the heart of Cebu City. It's an 18- floor building complete with amenities. The place is beautifully arranged near the North and South  Persimmon Towers community. Complete with pool and gym and is located on the 6th floor of the building. The Persimmon community has its own ATM machines, 24- hour convenience store, restaurants, laundry and many more. Just imagine that units sold like hotcakes!

Presently, the building has around 200 unit owners and only 60 unit owners actually lives in the building, the rest is for rental businesses of the owners who are residing outside the country.

Many visitors come to Persimmon during holidays and week days, in fact many of them are foreigners who booked through an online rental app. Business is really good as people see the value of their money while staying in Persimmon...a place where you can call a home away from home...
